CARLTON'S extended squad is in for the Round 18 clash with Collingwood.
With the 26-man squad to be reduced to a team of 22 tomorrow evening at 5pm, the Blues have made one confirmed change with up to five potential inclusions in total.
After missing last weekend's clash with Geelong, Liam Jones has been named in the starting line-up to make an immediate return from a back injury.
Jones will partner Jacob Weitering in defence on the back of his key defensive partner's stunning performance last weekend where he kept Tom Hawkins goalless.
The other inclusions in the squad are all named on the extended bench, with Matthew Cottrell, Zac Fisher, Josh Honey and Lochie O'Brien all named after impressive showings in the VFL practice match last weekend.
Will Setterfield has come from the side after being omitted.
All 23 players who run out for Carlton this weekend will wear a special guernsey etched with the name of a member, with the Back Our 'Baggers - made possible by Co-Major partner Hyundai - returning for 2021.
The Back our ’Baggers campaign is all about thanking the Club’s loyal members and supporters who are the lifeblood and the backbone of the Carlton Football Club.
Due to the announcement earlier on Thursday, Sunday's clash with the old enemy will unfortunately be played at an empty MCG. The game will be shown live on Channel 7 from 3:20pm.
