Three Changes to Carlton Team
The Blues have made three changes to the team that went down to Sydney at Etihad Stadium last Sunday
Rob Warnock returns for his first game since round 5, he is joined by Chris Johnson who has played the last two in the VFL after injuring his arm in Round 9. The third player into the team is David Ellard who was elevated to the Primary List last week. Ellard will play his second AFL game and his first for over two seasons. His AFL debut was against West Coast at Subiaco Oval in round seven, 2008 and he will return to the same venue against the same side for his second game. His first game was in a Carlton victory over West Coast, let’s hope the result is also the same.
Kane Lucas is out of the side injured, while Mitch Robinson and Sam Jacobs were both omitted. Unfortunately Ryan Houlihan was still unavailable for selection due to injury. While Ryan did train at Visy Park on Wednesday, he has not quite overcome his injury but is expected to be available for the round 18 match against Collingwood.
