The famous Hyundai Hotshots, which have been hugely popular at Carlton Family Days, will be part of Hyundai’s match day activities for the Blues opening match of the 2011 season at the MCG on Thursday March 24.

Thursday’s season opener is a Hyundai match day and supporters will have the opportunity to enjoy the activities outside Gate 3 from 5.30pm.

In addition to the Hyundai Hotshots, where supporters have a photo print out of their head superimposed on to their favourite player, other activities include free Carlton FC supporter mini towels, 2 Hyundai cars will be on display to enable supporters to get up close to the Hyundai Sante Fe and there will be a find the key competition where lucky winners who are able to the key in the Hyundai Sante Fe will win a free gift.

Adding to the atmosphere on outside Gate 3 prior to the season opening game will be a DJ playing the latest hits.

Round one of the 2011 AFL season kicks off with the Blues home game against the Tigers on Thursday March 24th at the MCG. The game will commence at 7:40pm and the pre-game activities promise to add to the atmosphere making it a night to rememeber.
