Carlton is calling on all fans to witness history in the making, when new coach Mick Malthouse takes training for the first time at VISY Park next week.

All players will be back at the Club on Monday to begin their pre-season campaign, and after a morning of fitness testing will head out to the oval for a skill session scheduled for 2.45pm.

“We are all pretty stoked to be back training. We have a new coach and everyone is feeling rested and refreshed after two months away from the Club,” Carlton midfielder Bryce Gibbs said.

“Hopefully we can get as many fans out on the Monday as possible, it is going to be a big year and we need everyone’s support.”

The Club will host a free BBQ for fans, kicking off at 2.30pm. Players are expected to be on the oval for training from approximately 2.45pm to 3.30pm.

2013 Membership and merchandise will be available for purchase in the Carlton Shop.
