Carlton’s North Adelaide recruit Rhys O’Keeffe has been elevated to the club’s senior list and named in the squad for Sunday’s match with West Coast at Etihad Stadium.

O’Keeffe, taken in the 2008 NAB AFL draft with the Blues’ fifth round selection (No.65 overall), has been promoted at the expense of Andrew Collins who has been placed on the long-term injury list.

He is one of four Carlton inclusions - together with Dennis Armfield, Mark Austin and Brock McLean - named on an extended seven-man interchange for the Eagles contest.

A fifth player, Robert Warnock, has been named first ruck in the starting 18. Warnock replaces Shaun Hampson, who faces a minimum six-week layoff as he recovers from a posterior cruciate ligament strain in his knee.

Nick Duigan, who incurred a calf injury in last Sunday’s match with Sydney, is also out of the team.
