OVERVIEW
After impressing with eight senior appearances in his debut season, Andrew McInnes had to start 2013 on the sidelines. The 21-year-old ruptured an ACL in Round 22 against the Gold Coast last year and underwent a knee reconstruction.
It was almost a year to the day since making his debut that McInnes would return to Carlton’s senior side. The keeper of the No.26 maintained his status as an uncompromising backman and one who is rarely beaten. He finished the season ranked third among the rising stars in One Percenters Per Game.
