THE team is in.
Carlton has named its team of 22 to take on Richmond at the MCG.
As announced earlier in the day, Jack Martin and Jack Newnes will make their Navy Blue debuts after impressing in their first pre-seasons at Ikon Park.
They'll be joined by the much-welcomed return of Sam Docherty.
Ready for his first game in over 900 days, Docherty will lead the Club for the first time as co-captain alongside Patrick Cripps.
After two years on the sidelines, it will be Docherty's 93rd AFL game: his 92nd came in Round 23, 2017.
In the absence of some key forwards, Levi Casboult and Mitch McGovern will lead the line in attack, while Liam Jones, Lachie Plowman and Jacob Weitering will hold down the fort down back.
Tomorrow's game - should it go ahead - will begin at 7:25pm and will be live on Channel 7.
