Experienced midfielder Andrew Carrazzo returns from a toe injury, while forward Troy Menzel has been named to play after being a late withdrawal in Round 17.
Big man Cameron Wood returns after a rest, while young gun Clem Smith comes in for his first game since Round 6.
Making way are Liam Jones, Brad Walsh and Blaine Johnson who have been omitted, while Nick Holman is out suspended.
Walsh, Tom Fields and Kristian Jaksch have been named as the emergencies.
The match kicks off on Saturday at 7.20pm AEST.
