In an exciting new three-way partnership, Carlton Football Club has joined forces with Orbit Homes and Brown Property Group to sell a brand new property in the Highgrove community located in Clyde North, in Melbourne’s south east.

As a result of the collaboration, the new house and land package will be auctioned off later this year (subject to build completion).

Last week, Carlton President Mark LoGiudice was on site with representatives from Orbit Homes and Brown Property Group to view the Highgrove community and inspect the progress of the home construction.

Proceeds from the auction will benefit some key community groups in the local community as well as the Club.

The Highgrove residential community is located in Clyde North, approximately 50km from Melbourne’s CBD. The community features multiple parklands and shared trails linking neighborhoods and making it the ideal place to call home form for growing families.  The area boasts a range of schools, local shopping options and well as a range of sporting clubs and facilities.

Clyde North is surrounded by suburbs including Berwick, Clyde, Cranbourne, Officer and Pakenham.

With the land donated by Brown Property Group, Orbit Homes will build the brand new four-bedroom, two-bathroom, double-garage family home.

General Manager Ryan Pritchard said Brown Property Group were excited to join forces with the Carlton Football Club and Orbit Homes.

“Brown Property Group are proud supporters of many local sporting clubs and organisations, so to partner with Carlton for this house and land package promotion is an exciting venture for us,” Pritchard said.

Craig Millson from Orbit Homes said he was pleased to be involved in a joint venture with Carlton Football Club and Brown Property Group.

“We also welcome the contribution of proceeds being donated to the local community in consultation with the Casey Council. We also appreciate the generous support of the Orbit suppliers and contractors in being a key component of allowing this project to occur,” Millson said.

The home will combine proven practicality with attractive lifestyle features, including a covered outdoor space extending beyond the main living area to create a free-flowing indoor-outdoor feel. The separate second living area also makes a perfect retreat for parents or children alike.

In the coming months, Orbit Homes and Brown Property Group will host the Carlton Football Club at an interactive Family Day with opportunities for Carlton supporters to discover the new community as well as inspect the 'Carlton House' before it goes under the hammer.
