In 2012, the Carlton Football Club continued to play an active role in the community. This year-round commitment looks to make a positive contribution to the lives of many people in all walks of life.

One example of the support provided by Carlton and, in particular, Blues players, is the Club's Key Community Schools Programs. The Visy “Effective Disposals” Schools Program, ‘Multicultural Schools Program’, ‘Northern Blues Schools Program’, ‘International Students Program’ and ‘Nick Duigan High Rise Program’ have been a huge success in 2012.

These grassroots football programs have not only involved 1000’s of students, but have also allowed the Club to continue its association with key community organisations. Our key partners in this year’s Schools Programs include SEDA, Victoria Police, Drummond St Services and Carlton Primary.
