Walker offered one game
Andrew Walker is facing a one-game suspension for throwing Port Adelaide forward Angus Monfries into the fence.
Walker has been charged with engaging in rough conduct against Monfries, who was not injured in the clash.
The MRP assessed the incident as intentional, low impact and body contact.
His initial sanction was a two-game ban, but he can have it reduced to one match if he pleads guilty.
Walker's attempt to spoil Port Adelaide’s Justin Westhoff during the second quarter of Sunday’s match was also looked at.
According to the MRP, "Walker made contact with Westhoff’s hand and the ball in his spoiling attempt and also makes high contact in the process.
"It was the view of the panel that Walker’s actions were a legitimate attempt to spoil the marking attempt and no further action was taken.”
