35,957 passionate Blues have signed up as members for season 2012 - up 3,932 from this time last year.
Carlton CEO Greg Swann thanked those who had already committed as members in 2012 and urged those who were still thinking about it to make the plunge and sign up.
"We're well on track to break our membership record, but 50,000 is the aim for the year. With a host of stars returning this week and one of the healthiest lists in the competition, we're getting ready for a big year," Swann said.
