Their signatures follow that of teammates; captain Kerryn Peterson, co-vice captain Darcy Vescio, Mimi Hill, Brea Moody, Maddy Guerin, Keeley Sherar and Brooke Vickers.
The Blues also acquired experienced key defender Harriet Cordner from Richmond, emerging forward/midfielder Tahlia Read from Fremantle and Irish rookie pair Dayna Finn and Erone Fitzpatrick.
These busy few weeks have seen the Blues add to their playing list, while retaining key talent – all providing a strong platform to build off ahead of a new-look 2023 for the program.
“This has been a significant few weeks for our AFLW program and is a strong show of faith from our playing group, who have clearly shown how united they are in their commitment to this Club,” said Carlton Head of Football Brad Lloyd.
“To have 15 of our previously contracted players able to field other offers and yet still choose to remain with Carlton shows they believe in the direction the program is heading and are prepared to give their all to build the high standards that we know will drive us forward.
“We believe we have a group of players at Carlton who want to work hard, for each other and for this club, and it is pleasing to see they want to remain here and are willing to put in the hard work that hope will see us achieve on-field results.”
