MATTHEW Kennedy has received a nomination for the Round 14 Four 'N Twenty Mark of the Year. 

A shining light for Carlton in his return to the senior side, Kennedy finished with a team-high 27 disposals, eight marks and five clearances.

His best moment came in the final term, when the Blues were pressing and looking to take the game to the Giants in enemy territory.

In an impressive solo performance against GWS, Matthew Kennedy was nominated for the Four 'N Twenty Mark of the Year.

With the Blues trailing by three goals, Kennedy - who spent time up forward, on a wing and in the clinches on Saturday night - attacked Sam Walsh's high clearance with intent. 

Soaring above former teammate and fellow Collingullie product Harry Perryman, Kennedy launched into the air and brought down a high chest mark with aplomb.
