CARLTON will take one change into its last game of 2021 against GWS on Sunday.

The Blues have bolstered their defensive unit in the hope of finishing the year strongly with a win over the Giants away from home.

Charlotte Wilson will re-join the side after missing last week’s record-breaking win over Gold Coast at Metricon Stadium.

The third-year Blue has become a permanent fixture of Carlton’s backline in 2021, missing just one game of the nine-round season.

Wilson comes in for first-year Blue Charlotte Hammans, the youngster omitted for the last game of 2021.

Brooke Walker will again feature in Carlton’s line-up, the speedy Blue finishing off the season with two appearances after missing the first seven rounds with an ankle injury.

The Round 9 clash will kick off at 4.10pm AEDT at Blacktown International Sportspark as the Blues look to finish their season with five wins.
