The $18million redevelopment at Visy Park is an exciting project for the Carlton Football Club and the local community. Construction work is well underway and the project is expected to be completed in late November.

The new facilities will be the envy of all other clubs providing state of the art facilities for the Carlton players and will play an important role in the development of the individuals as well as the team.

The recent announcement of a $4.5 million contribution by the Federal Government to the redevelopment has been a huge boost to the Club and the community. This funding was announced by Deputy Prime Minister and adds to the contributions already committed from other major funding partners; State Government, City of Melbourne and the AFL, as well as the support of Visy.

The outstanding contributions have greatly assisted the funding for the project however the Club needs to raise more funds to pay for this vital redevelopment.

All Carlton supporters can assist in making this a reality for the Club. The Blue Believers project gives everyone the opportunity to help and in doing so be recognised for all time in the new facility as a Blue Believer.

In 2009 Carlton Membership included a $25 Blue Believer levy designed to assist the fundraising for the redevelopment. Already over 15,000 people have become Blue Believers and families are encouraged to ensure everyone in the family is a Blue Believer and has their name on display in the new facility.

Other Blue Believer packages are also available for those who would like to contribute more to the redevelopment. The Platinum and Gold packages provide greater recognition for donors.

As a Blue Believer your contribution to making this facility a reality will be acknowledged in the new facility for all to see.
