And thanks to Sonos, playing music has never been more enjoyable. 

Sonos is a wireless hi-fi system, which allows music to be streamed straight from your smartphone, tablet or computer. 

By using the Sonos Controller App, Carlton players can share their playlists with each other. 

Carlton's Dylan Buckley says he enjoys Sonos because it's easy to use and produces great sound.

"All the boys have uploaded their playlists to the iPad in the gym, so there's always heaps of music to choose from," Buckley said.

"It's great when we're in a weights session, being able to listen to each other's playlists."
