Sir Les Patterson was the highlight act at the Carlton ‘Optus’ Grand Final Eve Luncheon last week.
The Australian born international superstar wowed the sold out at event at the Melbourne Town Hall.
The room erupted when MC Jim Wilson introduced Dr Sir Leslie Collin Patterson onto the Stage.
Sir Les was joined on the day by Vince Sorrenti and the Scared Weird Little Guys, as well as musical performance from Hunters and Collectors, Jack Howard, the Harambee Choir who competed in Channel 7’s Battle of the Choirs, the Wesley College Big Band and musical tributes to Tom Jones and John Travolta
The footy wasn’t forgotten either with Carlton Coach Brett Ratten addressing the crowd as well as former Hawthorn Premiership player John Platten.
