This morning, the entire Carlton playing list descended on over 40 primary schools through the Northern Corridor of Melbourne as they further expand their involvement through what is now being termed the Blue Zone.

Chris Judd, along with Heath Scotland and Troy Menzel, visited Carlton Primary School where the Club runs a six week school program in conjunction with the AFL and the Carlton Football Community Fund, known as the Australia Post AFL Multicultural School Program.

The kids at the school are mostly from the Carlton High Rise flats with a large percentage of the kids and their families from counties located in the Horn of Africa. The Carlton Football Club's Multicultural Partnership Coordinator, Ned Murphy, was out with the players, facilitating the program that aims to introduce these kids to Australian Football, the Carlton Football Club and the themes of Respect, Teamwork, Harmony, Leadership and Fair Play.

The weather turned cold and drizzly from the early hours of this morning which hampered the ability to run the full range of drills, activities and games that the Club had hoped, however the day was still a huge success with an interactive question and answer session, some indoor games with autographs and photos at the end.
