The Carlton Football Club today announced a new long-term partnership with apparel sponsor Nike until 2014.
Carlton CEO, Mr Greg Swann, said a strong partnership had been built between Carlton and Nike, and would be further strengthened with this long-term agreement.
“We are delighted that our association with Nike is set to continue for another six years. It is a significant commitment by Nike and we believe it is a positive reflection on the growth of the Carlton Football Club, on and off the field.
“Nike and Carlton have been in partnership since 1998 and the success of this partnership has ensured we will continue to work together in the future,” Swann said.
Nike Pacific Managing Director, Paul Faulkner, said the company was proud to extend its partnership with Carlton.
“Carlton is a great football club, and Nike will continue to provide playing apparel and equipment to Carlton players to help them train and perform at the highest level,” he said.
