The Carlton Football Club wishes to extend its heartiest congratulations to Eddie Betts and his fiancée Anna Scullie on the safe arrival of their first child, Lewis Edward.

Lewis arrived today at 3pm weighing five pounds five ounces.

Eddie is said to be over the moon.
