The Carlton Football Club yesterday launched a brand new weekly podcast for season 2012.

"The Carlton Podcast" is about all things Carlton, with current news, exclusive interviews and reminiscence of our glorious history. Co-hosted by star defender Michael Jamison and Tony Moclair, a keen Carlton supporter who has extensive experience in the media and as a comedian, the show aims to be topical and fun.

Jamison, who is aiming for a Rd 2 return to the Carlton line-up, said he was looking forward to working on the show during the year, promising to keep supporters informed with all the behind-the-scenes happening at the Club.

"I really enjoyed recording Jamo's Junk with Simon Wiggins a couple of years ago and this is a natural continuation of that program. I've got a year's worth of stories about my teammates that I've been waiting to share with supporters, so I'd be worried if I was them!" Jamison said with a smile.

Each week, the podcast will feature a special guest with a Carlton connection. Club Legend Robert Walls was the show's first guest this week, telling supporters that he wasn't worried with the team's performance in the NAB Cup and declaring that he believed the Blues had enough talent to finish top-4 in 2012.

The Carlton Podcast is available for download through iTunes. Make sure you keep an eye out for studio audience opportunities throughout the year which will be advertised through the Club's social media pages.
