Tickets are selling very quickly for our Round 17 home game against Collingwood at the MCG and the AFL has declared it a ‘reserved on demand’ match. If the current demand continues tickets are expected to be sold out prior to the game and there will be no general admission available on match day.
Your 2011 Carlton Membership provides free entry to Carlton home games, “subject to capacity”. As such if there is no general admission available on match day you will not have access to the Carlton v Collingwood game without a reserved seat.
To avoid disappointment and ensure you are at this game in round 17 we recommend you purchase a reserved seat. As a Carlton Member you do not have to pay an entry fee, you only pay for the reserved seat.

2011 Captain Club Members who do not have a reserved seat will also need to purchase a reserved seat for this game; the usual walk-up will not be available for general admission.
Captain Club Members have the opportunity to upgrade to a reserved seat between Bays M7 to M9 at the special discount price for this match. Reserved seat tickets in this special Captains Club area will go on sale at midday on Monday July 11th through Ticketek and will be available until 5:00pm on Tuesday July 12th unless sold out prior.
This is an important home game for the Carlton Football Club and we want all Carlton Members attending to give the MCG a true Carlton flavour for this big match against Collingwood. Again we urge you to purchase your reserved seat today to avoid disappointment.
