“This is show of faith by the members in the board and we certainly appreciate this support and will continue to work together with our members as we strive to achieve success for the Carlton Football Club, on and off the field,” said Carlton President, Stephen Kernahan.
Nominations for the six vacant positions closed at 5.00pm today and the only nominations received were from the current directors; Raphael Geminder, Stephen Kernahan, Greg Lee, Mark LoGuidice, Stephen Moulton and Richard Newton.
As a result the six directors will continue in their role in 2011 with the formal process to be completed at the 146th Annual General Meeting of the Carlton Football Club to be held at the MCG on Tuesday December 14th.
