Russell to Collingwood
Jordan Russell has been traded to Collingwood in exchange for pick 71 in this year’s NAB AFL National Draft.
Russell was recruited to Carlton in the 2004 AFL National Draft and made his AFL debut in Round 15, 2005.
In 2010, Jordan was runner-up in Carlton’s Best and Fairest, however managed just seven games in 2012.
“On behalf of everyone at the Carlton, we thank Jordan for his service over the past eight years and wish him all the best at his new football club,” said Carlton's General Manager of Football, Andrew McKay.
