Earlier at a press conference on Lygon St, leadership group member and 2007 best and fairest winner Andrew Carrazzo would not speculate on what punishment could be handed down.
However, he did concede the incident came at a bad time for the Blues: just three days before their round one match with Richmond.
"The boys have built up for six months into round one so it's hard to say this won't have any effect," Carrazzo said.
"We're so concentrated on Thursday night and how we can get a win against Richmond that this sort of stuff will be decided in-house with the leadership group and match committee.
"We'll decide what to do from there.
"Obviously it's not ideal coming into round one, but it's something we'll organise in the coming days and talk to him."
Fevola was filmed urinating on a bar window in Melbourne in the early hours of Saturday.
Carrazzo said club rules stipulated that the individual was responsible for his own actions, and that Fevola was not breaking an official rule.
"There's no set curfew times like some other clubs have implemented," he said.
"It's a situation where we're expected to be responsible at the club and do the best for ourselves and our team."
The 24-year-old avoided talking about a possible sanction for Fevola, and said the Blues' leaders would sit down and "talk about the pros and cons of what has happened and how it's going to influence the group".
"There's five other guys in the leadership group, including Brendan, plus the match committee," he said.
"That's just something we'll decide as a group."
Carrazzo also said it was difficult to speculate on how much weight Fevola's required presence in Thursday night's line-up will carry during discussions regarding a possible suspension.
"Obviously he's a very important player to our team and our club, and if he's up and going, he's as influential as any player we've got in our team at the moment," he said.
"The rest of the boys are full steam ahead for Thursday night and I know I can't wait to get out there.
"It's going to be a big crowd and hopefully the supporters turn out and we can get a win."
Fevola confirmed to the club that an incident took place in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The Seven Network screened closed-circuit television footage of the incident on Monday night.
Carlton said in a statement Fevola had confirmed to the Blues "an incident did take place" and that the club was "considering the issue seriously".
Fevola, 27, is part of the Carlton leadership group. He was suspended for one game last season after then-coach Denis Pagan became frustrated with the spearhead's poor on-field attitude.
