This week, Carlton's behind the scenes Twitter feed @LifeatCFC will give an insight into the Club's Media Department, with Carlton Media Manager Loretta Smith manning the account.

Loretta is a former journalist herself, and has been at Carlton since May this year.

She spends most of her week managing requests from journalists, writing stories, and loitering outside the locker room waiting for players.
