Carlton ruckman Rob Warnock is expected to be available for selection, for Friday night's round 12 clash with Hawthorn.
Warnock has missed the past two games, after suffering a knock to the knee in the round nine win over the Lions.
Carlton Vice Captain Andrew Carrazzo is also a chance to return, after missing a month of football with a calf strain.
Carlton's General Manager of Football Andrew McKay says Carrazzo will be tested at training this week.
"Andrew started training late last week and is certainly in the mix, but he's only a 40-60 chance to play."
Nick Graham is another who could make his comeback from injury.
The 18-year-old draftee hurt his knee in March, after an impressive pre-season.
Meanwhile, there's devastating news for Patrick McCarthy.
He'll be out for at least two months after a recurrent stress injury flared in his foot.
