More than 200 young professionals gathered at PricewaterhouseCoopers this morning, as Carlton’s newest supporter group the Young Carlton Professionals hosted a business breakfast.

An impressive panel assembled for the occasion including Corrs Chambers Westgarth CEO John Denton, PricewaterhouseCoopers CEO and Carlton Director Luke Sayers, and Federal MP Josh Frydenberg.

They debated a range of hot topics ahead of next month's federal election, including the state of the Australian economy, tax reform and the AFL's off-field controversies.

3AW drive host Tom Elliot acted as MC for the event, hosting a Q & A with Carlton Chief Greg Swann and Ian Prendergast from the AFL Player's Association.

The business breakfast marked the YCP’s third function in its inaugural year, having previously held an official launch event at Visy Park and a cocktail function at Raheen in July.

YCP is a network established for young aspiring business professionals and supporters of the Carlton Football Club.
