CARLTON defender Jess Hosking has been suspended for one match by the VFLW Match Review Panel for Rough Conduct (dangerous tackle) following Saturday’s 16-point win over the Western Bulldogs.
The incident took place during the third quarter at Ikon Park and was classified as Careless Conduct, High Impact and Body Contact.
Hosking was initially offered a two-match ban but with an early guilty plea the penalty was reduced to one match.
Carlton will be without Hosking for the Blues Round 8 clash against Geelong at Ikon Park on June 29.
