Kade Simpson will line up for his 250th game in the Navy Blue when Carlton faces Port Adelaide at Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
Defender Michael Jamison is also set to reach his 150th game milestone this weekend.
Simon White, Nick Graham and Dylan Buckley have been named in the extended 25-man squad.
Meanwhile, Port Adelaide has named Sam Gray, Karl Amon and Dougal Howard as its three inclusions, meaning star midfielder Robbie Gray will miss again.
The final teams will be announced on Friday afternoon.
