IN Round 3, Carlton had three players featured in the Team of the Week.

This week in Round 4, Carlton has four players rounding out the team, with Kerryn Harrington, Tayla Harris, Darcy Vescio and Charlotte Wilson rewarded for their outstanding showings. 

It’s the second time this year that Harris has been picked for the team, while it’s the first time for Wilson, Harrington and Vescio who all starred in Carlton’s win against Adelaide last weekend. 

Forward partners Vescio and Harris kicked three goals combined in the second half, while Vescio managed 17 disposals. 

Co-captain Harrington - who celebrated her birthday yesterday - broke the AFLW record for most marks in a game with 13, while fellow defender Wilson enjoyed the best performance of her short career with 19 disposals and nine marks. 

All four featured Blues also polled votes in the AFLW coaches’ votes, with Harrington and Vescio both scoring five votes. 

So far, Carlton has had nine of their players feature in the Team of the Week over four rounds.
