Well you better start thinking because this weekend, as we farewell the champ, we’re giving you the chance to record your message of thanks.

All you have to do is record your message and upload your file here.

You can also include a written message and a photo if you like.

All the files will all be compiled under the #THANK5 wall so Juddy will be able to access them all.

And don’t forget, until Saturday, you can head to The Carlton Shop at Ikon Park to write your personal message in our #THANK5 book.

The book will then be available to sign until the start of the game this Sunday at the MCG, in our merchandise stand at Carlton Central outside Gate 3.

The messages of #THANK5 will then be presented to 'Juddy' as a memento from fans.
