Curtain raiser:
There will be a curtain raiser between the Brisbane Lions and the NT Thunder before the main game between Carlton and Brisbane. If you’re arriving early there will be access via Gate 2 from 3.00pm, with the match kicking off at 3.10pm. A valid Brisbane Lions v Carlton match ticket is required for entry.

Public transport:
On most major event days, public transport is free with your event ticket.

Customers with a pre-purchased event ticket or a stadium membership card can travel free to and from the game at The Gabba on all network-wide Brisbane Transport buses and Queensland Rail City Network trains (excluding RailBus and Brisbane City Council Ferrier/City Cats). You will be required to present your event ticket to make use of this complimentary service.

By Rail

Park Road (on the Cleveland, Gold Coast and Beenleigh lines) is the closest train station to The Gabba. The station is approximately a 1.3km walk from the venue.

Alternatively, catch a train to either South Bank or Roma Street stations and connect with a Gabba bus service to the Woolloongabba busway.

By Bus

The Gabba is conveniently located across the road from the Woolloongabba Busway, providing excellent bus connections across Brisbane.

In addition to the regular bus services, on major match days an enhanced shuttle bus operation is in place.
