Carlton's Chris Yarran has been nominated for the AFL's Hungry Jack's Goal of the Year!
It came after Yarran put on a show of electrifying pace in the second quarter of last night's win over St Kilda.
The 23-year-old gathered a handball from Andrejs Everitt on the half-back line, then had four bounces as he tore through the centre of the ground before kicking a goal from 30-metres out.
It was one four-goals bagged by the Blues' speedster in the 32-point win at Etihad Stadium.
AFL fans are being given the chance to vote for their favourite goal each week to go into the running for the weekly cash prize of $200 and the major cash prize of $5000 at the end of the season, thanks to Hungry Jack’s.
