Ring of Honour: Ken Hands

Carlton’s dual premiership player Ken Hands will ring the historic old Blue bell at the top of Carlton’s race 15 minutes prior to the first bounce, before being inducted into the Carlton Ring of Honour on Sunday afternoon.

Not only did Hands play 211 games for Carlton between 1945 and 1957, he also coached the Club for six years between 1959 and 1964. A dual premiership player (’45, ‘47), Hands is also a best and fairest winner, Carlton Hall of Famer and Blues Legend – a true great of the Carlton Football Club.
