The Carlton Football Club's Multicultural Community Ambassadors Program has entered into its second consecutive year.
The program encourages community members to put forward suggestions on how the Club can strengthen its relationship with Melbourne's northern corridor.
The ambassadors who represent a variety of professions including teachers, lawyers and local business owners, all share immense passion and commitment when it concerns their local communities.
One of the ambassador's Anna Zhang, recently represented the Club at an International Sports Conference in New Caledonia. The conference focused on the benefits of sport in facilitating and enabling positive social change.
Carlton's Fan Development and Diversity Co-orindator Ned Murphy says the program has proven to be invaluable.
"We understand there is still so much opportunity for Carlton to address positive social change in diverse communities," Murphy said.
"So we're lucky to have this diverse group of community leaders assisting us to capitalise on these opportunities."
