Matthew Kreuzer and Lachie Plowman have been named to play their milestone games against Greater Western Sydney at Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
Kreuzer, who is in career-best form, will become the 77th player to play 150 games for Carlton, while consistent defender Plowman will reach the 50-mark against his old side.
Liam Jones and Jed Lamb are in line for their first games of the season, joining Dale Thomas and Billie Smedts as four inclusions to an extended squad.
First-year defender Harrison Macreadie has been omitted.
The 25-man squad will be trimmed to 22 at 5pm on Friday, with the Blues looking to bounce back after three consecutive losses when they host the top-placed Giants.
