Harvey, who last year served as a Development Coach, has been elevated to the Assistant Coach’s position.
He will work alongside Mark Riley as midfield coach, joining assistant coaches Brett Montgomery and Matthew Lappin as part of the Carlton coaching panel under senior coach Brett Ratten.
Matthew Capuano, who was a part-time ruck coach in 2009, replaces Harvey as full-time Development Coach. Capuano joins David Teague in this role, with both assisting Carlton's Development & Academy Manager Darren Harris.
