RETURNING from its second bye of the season, Carlton's VFLW team has made six changes for its Round 10 clash with Williamstown at Ikon Park on Sunday.
AFLW-listed players Darcy Vescio, Sarah Hosking and Gab Pound make their way back into the team, while two new Blues will make their debuts for Carlton on Sunday morning.
After beginning the VFLW season at Richmond, Georgia Fisher will now pull on the Old Dark Navy Blue and will start in the backline, while Jess Malouf will line up against her former team Williamstown this weekend, as she also prepares to make her debut for Carlton.
Speedy forward Kim Cunico will be a welcome addition to the team, with the Blues hoping to make the most of their scoring opportunities.
Meanwhile, Sophie Li and Rachel King have both returned home to Adelaide for work commitments and will take no further part in the VFLW competition. Li will arrive back in Melbourne for the start of Carlton’s pre-season AFLW campaign.
This week’s match against Williamstown will act as a double header, with the Northern Blues match kicking off after the women at 2:00pm.
