THE Blues’ No. 6 has long been heralded as the heart and soul of the Carlton Football Club.
Now, on the eve of Kade Simpson’s 300th AFL game, Carlton Media and Virgin Australia present Heart & Soul, an insightful and inspiring documentary about the Blues' little warrior.
Heart & Soul follows the story of ‘Simmo’s’ football journey into Carlton’s 300-game club, which now places him alongside Blues champions Craig Bradley (375), Bruce Doull (356) John Nicholls (328) and Stephen Silvagni (312).
From his junior coaches to his loving parents, each one gives their own account of what makes Simpson tick, what motivates him to compete and what he’s like away from the football field.
