DEFENDER Nicola Stevens will go into the 2019 AFLW Grand Final with confidence that the Blues can continue the winning streak that got them there.
Carlton will look to take of advantage of their synergy against Adelaide, announcing an unchanged line-up for the history-making clash on Sunday.
The Blues have only made one change to the team since the Round 6 win over Brisbane.
“The last four or five weeks have been incredible. We’ve just been able to work as a team and play for each other,” Stevens said on SEN on Friday.
“I think we’ve got some belief in our system now that we know that we can trust our process.”
Lock it in. This is happening.

The in-form Crows seem like a formidable opponent with their premiership experience, but Stevens believes her Blues have what it takes to match them.
“We know that they defend really well and set up well behind the ball,” she said of their opponent.
“I’ve got no doubt that we’ve got the skills and talent ready to perform against a really good side like Adelaide.”
Adelaide skipper Erin Phillips was everywhere for the Crows in their preliminary final victory: her 23-disposal performance is front of mind for the Blues.
“She [Phillips] understand the game really well and you can tell she’s just got that experience,” she said.
“Hopefully if she comes forward the back six can set her off somehow.”
