CARLTON has confirmed three changes to its final team for Sunday’s clash with the Western Bulldogs.
After last night’s team announcement, the Blues have cut down their bench, with Matthew Kreuzer, Cameron Polson and Jack Silvagni the final inclusions.
Coming out of the side are Levi Casboult and Matthew Lobbe, while Will Setterfield has been suspended.

Kreuzer and Silvagni have been rewarded for last week’s showing in the VFL, with the duo starring in the Northern Blues’ one-point win.
With 173 games under his belt, Kreuzer will wear the Old Dark Navy Blue for the first time since Round 17 last year. The ruckman will be a vital addition in the middle for the Blues.
Polson also returns to the line-up to add some pace to Carlton’s forward line.
Casboult and Lobbe join Matt Kennedy and Angus Schumacher as emergencies.
Sunday’s game begins at 1:10pm.
