SARAH Hosking will be free to play in this weekend’s match against traditional rivals Collingwood, after receiving a fine from the AFLW Match Review.

Hosking was reported on the day of the game for an incident in the first quarter, which saw her collide with Geelong’s Jordan Ivey.
.
The Match Review’s findings saw that Hosking’s forceful front-on contact charge was judged as careless conduct, low impact and high contact.

Given it is her second offence of the season, Hosking can accept a $400 sanction with an early plea. She received a reprimand in Round 2 against Adelaide.

It means she is free to play her 19th straight game for the Blues this Saturday night — one of only four Blues to do so since the AFLW’s inception.

The Round 5 clash with the Pies will begin at 7:10pm from Ikon Park.
