CARLTON has named its seventh Club debutant of the AFLW season, with Jade Halfpenny to play her first game in Navy Blue against Collingwood.
Halfpenny, who arrived at the Blues as the last player on the list in July, is the Blues’ solitary inclusion for the Indigenous Round clash with Collingwood.
The former Port Adelaide player made her AFLW debut against Carlton back in Round 3 of season seven, but will now pull on the Navy Blue for the first time against the old enemy.
She replaces the omitted Marianna Anthony in the selected line-up.
Celine Moody has been named alongside twin sister Breann as the former Dog lines up for her 50th AFLW game.
Former Pie Amelia Velardo retains her spot in the side after being a late inclusion last week, taking on her old side alongside Tarni Brown, who plays against the Pies for the first time after her off-season move to IKON Park.
Sunday’s game - which begins from 3:05pm AEDT - will be the Blues’ first game at Victoria Park for premiership points since 1986. All previous eight AFLW games between the two sides have been played at the Blues’ home.
