Carlton's top draft pick Blaine Boekhorst will make his debut in the Navy Blue in Saturday's Anzac Day clash with New Zealand in Wellington.
The 21-year-old from Western Australia comes into Carlton's line-up along with Dylan Buckley and Jason Tutt.
Chris Judd has been ruled out with a stiff back, while Irishman Ciaran Byrne is also out injured after hurting his hamstring at training.
Chris Yarran will miss the match through suspension.
Kristian Jaksch, Matthew Dick and Nick Graham have all been named as emergencies.
The Blues will hold a final training session at Wellington's Westpac Stadium tomorrow morning.
