CARLTON captain Kerryn Peterson has been named in the extended squad, after missing last week’s win over the Western Bulldogs due to a knee injury.
In her two games for the season, Peterson is averaging 16 disposals, eight contested possessions and five intercept possessions.
Peterson’s addition to the extended squad will only bolster a defensive unit that impressed against the Bulldogs, whose lockdown efforts were on show with 11 tackles inside 50.
Midfielder Taylor Ortlepp comes out of the extended squad after being named as an emergency last week.
The final 21 will be announced tomorrow at 5pm (AEDT).
