With the NAB Cup less than two weeks away, the Blues hit the track for the first of two intra-club matches at Visy Park, in preparation for the pre-season competition.

CFC TV gained exclusive access to the pre-match routine of Irish defender Zach Tuohy as he prepared to face his colleagues in the Blues’ first competitive hit out for 2013.

“Even though it was a short game, you need these sort of games under your belt,” Tuohy told CFC TV reporter Michelle Trewartha. 

CFC TV takes you behind the scenes  following Zach from the medical room, to the pre-match warm-up and address, to finally out on the ground.
