CARLTON midfielder Matthew Cottrell has been charged with a dangerous tackle by the Match Review Officer.
The incident occurred in last quarter of Sunday’s win over the Gold Coast, and was graded as Careless Conduct, Medium Impact and High Contact.
A one-week suspension has been offered as a result.
The Club has until 11am tomorrow to respond to the charge.
