WHAT TO WATCH:
The pressure is on for Saturday’s Round 3 match-up, with both sides looking for their first win of the season.
The Swans sit one rung above Carlton on the ladder after two rounds of football but are yet to walk away with four points for their efforts.
Not dissimilar to the Blues, Sydney have shown its best in patches this season and will be looking to string together a four-quarter performance.
Despite their zero-from-two record, the Swans have refused to stand down against their opponents and are not to be underestimated.
It will be a hard-fought battle in the centre, when the Blues’ youngsters come up against the experienced Josh Kennedy and Luke Parker in the midfield.
Jacob Weitering is likely to have the task on Lance Franklin: the young defender will take confidence from his comprehensive shutdown of Port Adelaide’s Justin Westhoff in Round 2.
